§1513.01 Sign Permit Required
No sign shall be erected, constructed, altered, or relocated without first obtaining a sign permit from the Zoning Inspector. The application shall include a scaled drawing showing the dimensions, materials, and location of the proposed sign. Exempt signs not requiring a permit include real estate signs not exceeding six square feet, temporary political signs during election season, and residential nameplates not exceeding two square feet.
