§901.01 Water Service

Chapter 901: Water

Water service within the Village is provided by the Village water system. All buildings within 150 feet of a water main shall be connected to the public water supply. The Village reserves the right to interrupt water service for repairs, maintenance, or emergencies without prior notice. Water rates shall be established by ordinance and billed on a quarterly basis.
