No person shall park a vehicle on any City street for more than 72 consecutive hours. Parking is prohibited on all City streets between 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. from November 15 through March 15 for snow removal. Downtown metered parking operates from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. No person shall park within 10 feet of a fire hydrant, within 20 feet of a crosswalk, or in any posted fire lane.
