No person shall park a vehicle on any City street for more than 48 consecutive hours. The downtown parking meter zone operates from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday with a two-hour maximum. Parking is prohibited within 15 feet of a fire hydrant, within 20 feet of a crosswalk, and within 50 feet of the nearest rail of a railroad crossing. The City may establish temporary no-parking zones for special events or emergencies.
