Chapter 1109: Planned Unit Development

The Planned Unit Development district permits flexible site design and mixed uses when the development provides benefits that would not be achievable under conventional zoning. A PUD application shall include a master development plan, traffic study, utility plan, and landscape plan. The Planning Commission shall review the application at a public hearing and make a recommendation to Council. Council may approve the PUD by ordinance with any conditions it deems appropriate.
