Chapter 1101: General Provisions

This ordinance shall be known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Zanesville. These regulations are enacted to promote the public health, safety, morals, comfort, and general welfare of the inhabitants of the City, to conserve the value of property, and to encourage the most appropriate use of land throughout the City.
