The B-1 Central Business District preserves and promotes the historic downtown core as the commercial and civic center of the City. Permitted uses include retail, restaurants, offices, personal services, government buildings, and upper-floor residential. Buildings shall be constructed to the front lot line. Off-street parking is not required for the first 3,000 square feet of commercial floor area. Drive-through facilities are prohibited.
