No person shall store or permit the storage of any junk, wrecked, or inoperable vehicle on any property within the City for more than seven days. A vehicle is considered inoperable if it lacks current registration plates, has flat tires, or is incapable of moving under its own power. Vehicles stored in a fully enclosed garage are exempt. The City shall provide 10 days written notice before removing a junk vehicle at the owner's expense.
