The R-3 Village Residential District is intended to accommodate the traditional residential pattern found in the older sections of the Village. The minimum lot area shall be 8,000 square feet. The minimum lot width shall be 50 feet. The minimum front yard setback shall be 25 feet. Accessory structures shall not be located in the front yard. Home occupations shall be permitted as an accessory use provided they do not alter the residential character of the dwelling.
