§509.01 Open Container
No person shall possess an open container of beer or intoxicating liquor in any public place within the Village, including any street, sidewalk, park, or parking lot. This section shall not apply to areas specifically designated for the consumption of alcoholic beverages by temporary permit issued for a special event approved by Council.
