The R-1 Single Family Residential District provides for low-density residential development on individual lots. The minimum lot area shall be 10,000 square feet. The minimum lot width at the building line shall be 70 feet. The minimum front yard setback shall be 30 feet. No accessory building shall be located in a front yard. The maximum building height shall be 35 feet.
