As used in this Traffic Code: "Vehicle" means every device, including a motorized bicycle, in, upon, or by which any person or property is or may be transported upon a highway, except devices moved by human power or used exclusively upon stationary rails or tracks. "Pedestrian" means any natural person afoot. "Right of way" means the right of a vehicle, streetcar, or pedestrian to proceed uninterruptedly in a lawful manner in the direction in which it or the person is moving, in preference to another vehicle, streetcar, or pedestrian.
