No person shall operate a short-term rental without a permit issued by the Village Clerk. A short-term rental is any residential dwelling rented for periods of less than 30 consecutive days. The property owner shall designate a local contact person available within one hour. Maximum occupancy is two persons per bedroom plus two. Quiet hours shall be observed from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. The permit shall be renewed annually and may be revoked after three substantiated complaints within a calendar year.
