The R-A Single Family District provides for single-family homes on moderate lots reflecting the traditional Village residential pattern. The minimum lot area shall be 7,200 square feet. The minimum lot width shall be 60 feet. The maximum building height shall be 30 feet. The maximum lot coverage shall be 40 percent. Detached accessory dwellings are permitted on lots of 8,000 square feet or more, subject to site plan review.
