The R-1 Low Density Residential District is established to provide for single-family dwellings at a low density. The minimum lot area shall be 10,000 square feet. The minimum lot width shall be 70 feet. The minimum front yard depth shall be 30 feet. The minimum side yard width shall be 8 feet. No more than one principal structure shall be permitted on any lot. Accessory buildings shall not exceed 720 square feet in area and shall not be used for habitation.
