The C-1 Village Commercial District is established to maintain the traditional commercial character of the Village center. Permitted uses include retail establishments, restaurants, personal service shops, offices, banks, and public buildings. Drive-through facilities are prohibited. All business activity shall be conducted within an enclosed building except for outdoor dining approved by the Planning Commission. Building facades shall maintain a consistent setback with adjacent structures.
