The R-1 Estate Residential District is intended to preserve the rural and estate character of certain areas of the Village. The minimum lot area shall be two acres. The minimum lot width shall be 200 feet. The minimum front yard setback shall be 50 feet. The minimum side yard setback shall be 25 feet. The maximum lot coverage by all structures shall not exceed 15 percent. Only single-family detached dwellings shall be permitted as a principal use.
