The R-2 Village Residential District is designed to accommodate the traditional pattern of smaller lots found in the older portions of the Village. The minimum lot area shall be 6,000 square feet. Duplexes may be permitted as a conditional use upon approval by the Board of Zoning Appeals. Front porches may encroach up to 8 feet into the required front yard setback.
