The C-1 Village Center District provides for small-scale commercial uses that serve the daily needs of Village residents and Kenyon College students. Permitted uses include retail shops, restaurants, cafes, bookstores, barber and beauty shops, and professional offices. The maximum building height shall be 30 feet. All signs shall be externally illuminated only. Internally illuminated signs are prohibited.
