The R-1 Single Family District is established for single-family detached dwellings. The minimum lot area shall be 10,000 square feet. The minimum lot width shall be 75 feet. The minimum front yard setback shall be 30 feet. Side yards shall be not less than 10 feet. The maximum lot coverage by all structures shall not exceed 30 percent. Detached garages and accessory buildings shall conform to the setback requirements of this section.
