The R-1 Single Family Residential District is established to provide for low-density residential development. No building or land shall be used and no building shall be erected except for single-family detached dwellings, churches, schools, parks, and public buildings. The minimum lot area shall be 7,500 square feet. The minimum lot width shall be 60 feet at the building setback line. The maximum building height shall not exceed 35 feet.
