As used in this Zoning Code: "Accessory Use" means a use customarily incidental and subordinate to the principal use of a lot or building. "Building Height" means the vertical distance measured from the average established grade at the front of the building to the highest point of the roof. "Dwelling Unit" means one or more rooms providing complete, independent living facilities for one or more persons, including permanent provisions for living, sleeping, eating, cooking, and sanitation.
